Kevin J. Curseaden


Kevin's practice focuses on land use applications and appeals, and commercial real estate. Kevin represents national, regional and local developers in projects ranging from major retail centers to variances, subdivisions and lot line adjustments.

A Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve, Kevin served as a Civil Affairs Team Leader in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and in Kosovo in support of Joint Guardian working directly with the United Nations, international forces and the local populace in order to legitimize the government and maintain a safe and secure environment. While in Iraq, he taught a U.S. Constitutional Law course to Iraqi Law students at the University of Sulimaniyah in Northern Iraq. He was awarded the Combat Action Badge, the Bronze Star Medal and the Army Commendation Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster for his service in Iraq.

Very active in the community, Kevin serves on various non-profit boards and provides pro bono legal services to those organizations as well as individuals.
